This workout is brutal!
I bought an X-Box for my child so that they can get in better shape and not have to sit on the couch. Either way, this workout program is as hard as you want it to be, no matter your fitness level. If you're not in great shape, you'll still get a good workout, but don't let the trainer push you too hard or you'll burn out and stop using the program.
