I really wanted to like this button maker. I might have thought it was going to go bad when I opened the box, the button maker was scratched as if in use. I tried to get over it and realized that the quality would trump any aesthetic. I was completely wrong after I closed the button and it stopped working. After that I put everything back in the box and will send it back tomorrow morning. 🚨 UPDATE: I ordered a replacement and the company sent me one and received it today. and so far everything works great. The company reached out to me with a kind gesture and I'm glad they did🚨
