Zinc-air cells have poor lifespan
I'm not sure why the battery manufacturers totally ignored the millions of cameras that used the old 1.35v mercury cells, so is this is pretty much the only alternative. If you plan on not using your camera frequently for a short period of time, a few weeks, you will die before you finish your roll of film.
