Works very well. But don't even think about putting your phone "upside down" (i.e., with the "home" button on the end of the "latch") in this holster - the case pushes the "sleep/ Wake" and "Volume". " keys and try turning off the phone and/or turning on the Emergency SOS feature on your phone. The belt clip rotates 180 degrees, allowing you to position your phone on the belt the way you want it. But even when the phone is holstered "properly", the holster does not protect the buttons from being pressed through clothing when tilted. It seems to me that the phone works best when the top part is slightly over on the waist.YMMV.Part of the problem is obviously just the sheer size of the iPhone 8 so I guess I'll try to live with that holster unless I can find something better.Edit: Downgraded to 3 stars because it looks pretty accurate 2 years ago.The hinged part of the latch broke when I just walked around the house without touching the phone or the clip.It also turned out that it was too easy to press one or more buttons on the side of the phone ons while trying to detach the phone from the clip. Now I have to decide if I want to order another one or try something else.
