Not good for double boilers
It took some time for the candies to melt and then no longer be liquid. Every now and then I had to stir it to make it smooth again. Also surprising was that the melted candy solidified at the bottom of the bowl and I had to scrape it off to mix it with the rest. I would recommend Nutrichef which works much better.
