I first bought this for my husband who has psoriasis and dry patches on his hands. He tried everything from over-the-counter lotions to prescription drugs, but nothing worked. I love Burt's Bees foot cream so bought it for my husband to try a few years ago. It took a few weeks but it got rid of the dry patches on his hands and with regular use there were no dry patches. We've been buying it ever since. It doesn't really last long, so this little jar lasts a long time.
