I use them to lounge around the house and sleep at night. I never wake up sweaty in it, which is a big plus, but I don't get too cold inside either. They're still not my favorite sleep shirts because they don't slide well on my cotton sheets and I always have to unroll them after I turn over, but that's not really their purpose so I'll give them 5 stars anyway. .If anyone knows the perfect sleep shirt that breathes so well, hugs the upper body without constricting and how satin glides over the sheets without bunching, please comment on this review.
