UPDATED: Customer service is great, they contacted me about the issues I was having. And offered me a refund and a replacement. I explained that I didn't want to go back because I had already done 1 and put in the decorated hoop. And they will still send me a replacement. I certainly didn't expect that and I'm very happy that I can finish what I couldn't and don't have to improvise with others. As I said above and beyond to keep this client happy the pattern on two of my projects with attached instructions was rubbed off making one almost impossible to complete, luckily this one was a dandelion so I was able to create the design. But the one with the blue flower was completely useless. In my third project you can see it has ink color shadows so 3 out of 4 items have a problem. But now 2 are finished and I can't return one of the finished projects after decorating the hoop
