We rent out our house and a lot of things in it definitely need renovation! But who wants to pay to renovate someone else's house? When I found this $45 faucet and read the reviews, I was a little (well, maybe a lot) skeptical. Many reviews said the faucet was leaking. My super handy husband, who loves woodworking but has no experience with plumbing, was able to install it (after a trip to the hardware store for new plumbing pipe - because I have no idea how the heck a cheap homeowner got $5. ). the faucet he installed there, mainly the ghetto) in about half an hour. I replaced the knobs on the vanity with oiled bronze knobs (2 of them for only $5) that painted and aged the 1980's vanity. My husband built a table next to the dressing table out of wooden pallets. I also installed a new shower curtain, and with the cost of the faucet, shower curtain, a few handles, and a little creative decor, I think our rental bathroom has improved a lot for less than $75! I LOVE the faucet! We don't lick, but still lol. It brings new life and a great old rustic look to our old outdated bathroom. I would recommend! That is beautiful!
