At the conclusion of the year 2022, we made the decision to purchase a Dyson vacuum cleaner, and we are pleased with our acquisition. In addition, there is a lot of marketing done to promote the product as a trustworthy and high-quality vacuum cleaner. In the year 2022, a metallic rattling sound emanated from the engine. It was only natural for us to submit our warranty request on the official Dyson website. Immediately reported all of the issues that were occurring with the vacuum cleaner. In the beginning, they responded to us and asked for all of the information they could get their hands on regarding the vacuum cleaner (receipt, passport, serial number, photo, etc.). After we had given them everything, they stopped responding to any of our questions. Following our letter in which we stated that we will file a complaint with the consumer protection hotline, we received a response in which they proposed taking the vacuum cleaner to a service center. The delivery person arrived in a reasonably short amount of time and took the vacuum cleaner along with all of the attachments. Delivered to the customer service facility in Novorossiysk. After waiting a few days, we finally got a call in which the representative informed us that the warranty had been voided. In addition to that, you are obligated to replace the engine at our cost. The reason for this is because the sealing ring in the engine broke, which allowed dirt to go inside. And all of the other issues that we described have been categorized as defects, and this is a situation that falls under the warranty. If however we spend 15,000 dollars for repairs, the warranty will allow us to get rid of them. They do not take into account the fact that the sealing ring ruptured due to the poor quality of the material it was made of, which allowed dirt to enter the engine. And why did their "awesome" filtration system, which they describe as having "a HEPA filter that provides effective dust retention and helps purify the air," allow dust to enter the engine? When we got the vacuum cleaner back from the repair shop, we noticed that it was working much less effectively. And the only brand that came to mind, both at home and at the office, was Dyson for all of the appliances. To their credit, they didn't bother to replace it. There is a low-cost vacuum cleaner in our possession that has served us well for the past quarter of a century without requiring any kind of maintenance or repair. We already use it in the garage. Everyone in this manufacturer, including our relatives and friends, felt a great deal of disappointment, including ourselves. I believe that many people will find this material to be helpful. I would never suggest that anyone buy this particular brand! We have included the ACT for the service center in the attached photo.
