Review on PTV Smartour by Samuel Nguyen

I like everything about this program! It's very user friendly and easy to navigate through-out each day of my work week (it even has an auto update feature!). There is nothing we dislike about it at this time; however if there was something missing or needed more improvement we would make sure they heard us loud & clear before deciding what improvements could be made next year when upgrading our system. We have been using this product for over 10 years now with no major issues since its introduction. Our main issue has always just been trying to get everyone onboarded early enough because once people start liking their new tool - then the transition takes less effort than any other type of changeover could possibly offer. For those who don't know how to use excel/google docs well yet will find this process easier as they learn how things function.
