Good, but NOT waterproof
Works well, reads quickly and accurately, but is NOT waterproof. Dropped some water and then stopped working. I thought it might be the battery but when I opened the compartment there was water and corrosion inside. (I cleaned it and let it dry, it might still work.) So: a good, inexpensive thermometer - but not waterproof.
