If I can help I will never buy this again. I use this product regularly and bought it here due to social distancing and didn't really want to go to Ulta Beauty in person. Also, I wanted it fast. However, after spending about 15 seconds in my hair, my scalp started to burn! I washed it off and washed my hair twice with clarifying shampoo to stop the stinging. Just in case I bought the same product from Ulta Beauty and what do you know, no stinging!
