I like how easy it was to use in our organization as we are new users who had not used any other CRM software before this one. It has helped us organize so much data which makes everything easier when working together. The fact that its cloud service allows me access from anywhere at anytime. Sometimes there's lag time between my inputting information through desktop computer or mobile phone but nothing serious since they have good support team to fix issues right away if needed. This product can be helpful especially those using online shopping platforms such as Amazon where you need more organized way of keeping track of customers' orders without having many emails going back and forth.
