Review on πŸ‘Ÿ adidas Originals Men's Solar Glide ST Running Shoe: Unrivaled Performance and Style by Jerry Mangum

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great running shoe, grossly underrated compared to other Adidas Boost foam running shoes

AS A RUNNER: I've been since Purchased these sneakers ran about 10 miles yesterday I think these sneakers are my new favorite running shoes. Last week I also ran my old Ultra Boost (750+ miles) as well as a new pair of Adidas Supernova (which have basically been renamed Solar Boost, also about 10 miles). I've also owned Hoka One One shoes in the past (100+ miles) and previously run the Brooks Glycerin series (500+ miles per shoe). The reasons I love these shoes boil down to the fact that they are cushioned, lightweight yet supportive enough for long distance runs, breathable and great looking. Line midsole feature. This means they offer great support in hot or cold temperatures (which is great for my knees and ankles), offer great rebound to help you bounce back for speed and energy efficiency, and can be used for short or long runs ( I ran a few marathons on my old Ultra Boosts). As for the first reviewer who felt it was a "tough shoe," this rating is ridiculous. The Boost foam midsole on these shoes has literally revolutionized the sneaker industry in recent years thanks to the softness, support and cushioning of a shoe (I mean it - look for Adidas Ultra Boost technology or Adidas Boost PVU technology and see how many companies have copied this technology since then). heavier and offer a cage that encloses the foot even better, but is about 20% heavier. I think that these shoes are enough to walk on the road, on the paved surface, in a straight line without quick changes of direction. They are still better than the original Ultra Boost shoes for direction changes, but not suitable for cross training or trail-like movements or surfaces. BREATHABLE I love the Adidas technology used on the upper of these shoes. Like Ultra Boost's fly leotard, they are soft to the touch and breathable, but incorporate a combination of several different fabrics and elastic laces to lock down the foot. colored shoes look like. I think Adidas definitely wins the style game if you're into that sort of thing.
