I have been buying these toothbrush heads for a number of years now and they remained functional until the brush itself wore out. In recent months, each of these lasted only two or three weeks before the brush's rotating head began to jump around, as if the mechanism that caused that rotation had failed. This happened with three purchases in a row. Immediately prior to this issue, there was a visible modification to the brush heads that appeared to cause mechanical premature failure. It is sad that this was a very reliable product until then. All in all 2 heads for the price I've been paying just over the past month isn't a terrible expense but a lot worse than before. I have to look for a cheaper option. No, I don't know of any comparable toothbrush heads with the kind of directional movement they offer. It would be better.
