Review on Social Gear by Vedprakash Trilltight

I'm working for an education non-profit organization, and the SocialGear team is very committed with their customers. They are always looking out for ways to improve the platform and keep current clients happy and satisfied. The support staff are knowledgeable and helpful! Sometimes it takes time to get things sorted out, but once you do, they are all very responsive! There's nothing really that I can fault them for. However, I have noticed that sometimes some of our posts don't show up in the feed as in all other aspects of the site, they are great. The best thing about SocialGear is the customer service. We've been using them for over two years now, and all of our questions have been answered promptly and thoroughly.
