Review on Cortex Intelligent Automation by Mohmed Burt

Everything works great so far as I've been able to test it out with different customer scenarios / use cases. Nothing really at this point! We will see how things go but from initial testing everything came back without issue or delay. Also we did our own integration (we're using Python). It's not too difficult for an average developer to integrate if they have experience doing such work. Do what you need to do now when dealing w/the product itself - there is no set time limit like other products might give you. Our implementation was done over 3 years ago. This isn't new software & has had some updates since then but nothing significant enough where it would make sense to wait another year before making any changes to system. For us it allowed us to get up-and-running quickly rather than waiting 2 months while having someone else build something.
