So, I'd suggest ordering based off the chart.Stretch:These shorts are very stretchy.Drying:I regularly use these shorts as swim trunks, and they definitely dry quickly when in direct sunlight.Pockets:The rear pocket is large enough to fit my 6.3 inch smartphone.Quality:Stitching is very good.Overall:I think these are great shorts for running or swimming.Recommended4 stars
