Review on MONITORMATE ProBASE CardReader Ethernet Compatible by Matt Hamilton

Love this product. It's wider than I expected, but it's perfect because there's a 16-inch MacBook Pro on it. I can also put another laptop underneath when I'm not using it, or maybe tuck a keyboard underneath. In terms of functionality, there are two USB-C ports on the docking station, but they're not designed for use with a monitor (at least it didn't work for me). One for power and one for data transfer, not for use with a monitor. This means that only one HDMI port can be used for an additional display. I have two monitors and one of them is connected directly to the Mac. If you want it routed to two displays you can use an HDMI splitter and the splitter will be completely hidden underneath so no problem. I have no complaints. . i love the product I haven't used ethernet so not much to say here. Another thing I love is the ability to just undock your thin laptops. The height is also ideal for me as my laptop is level with my monitors so I don't move my neck too much. PS: The image quality on the monitors is excellent.
