First I wrote a harsh review here. When the strands arrived they were such tiny little things. Certainly not the normal size as in the picture! I was angry because I started making this wedding gift very late. Angry, I called Revane. The tour guide was not very helpful. I asked his boss. I wrote an angry review. When I called I looked at the strands and they were the right size! It turns out they are normal. As it turned out, they were vacuum packed! They just had to get back in shape! Now I feel like an idiot!
