Just buy it, fool.

After looking at hundreds of different chairs here for a few weeks I finally went to Staples and decided to test the seats. If you're considering buying a chair, I encourage you to do so so you can at least see which brands are good for your butt. Still, I was quite surprised when I sat in Raynor, albeit in a different chair than this one, and how comfortable it was from the start. I tried nearby Respawn and DxRacer chairs and both felt like I was sitting on flat pieces of wood compared to them. Anyway, I chose Raynor, found this, and took a leap of faith. I would say great solution. I've spent a few days on this, had several 5 hour sessions playing and my body is so happy. The seat cushion itself is pretty firm, not in the "I'm sitting on concrete" sense, but in the "this is really good stuff" sense. It kinda follows the contours of your shape so it was pretty good and looks like it will only get better with wear. It appears to be either high-density memory foam or gel. It doesn't look like this will calm down any time soon. Assembly was easy. Simply slide a couple of screws for the armrests and backrest into the seat mounts and then screw tight. I will say that the seat itself is quite heavy so attaching the armrests can be quite awkward, but I don't think I've ever made a chair that wasn't awkward to attach the armrests to. The seat is breathable and much better than many of the single leather chairs. Lumbar support is a must and a neck pillow comes in handy for just watching the twitch and laze. The seat reclines quite a bit and may wobble. I didn't know how much I would love the rocking feature until I started using it. If it matters, I'm an average height guy, 5'10" and 160. I don't know how the chair will fit. any tall one. I noticed that when assembled, the levers either swing inward or further toward can be pulled outside.Mine are fully in and fit me perfectly so a tall person should have enough room to move just stretching their arms when assembling. The seat itself is pretty roomy in my opinion and can accommodate buns of all shapes and sizes. So, to recap: super comfortable right out of the box. Easy to assemble. Good materials. It reclines and swings. I got this with a $40 discount coupon and it's probably the best investment for the price. It goes as high as 240. The DxRacer I tested was 300 and was very stiff in comparison. It comes with a five year parts replacement warranty and up to a year of upholstery or similar the material replacement delivered. Will definitely update this if any parts break or if the seat cushion goes flat. So if that doesn't change, we'll assume everything is fine.
