Review on Pour N Restore Oil Stain Remover 32 by Kristen Simpson

It's a good product to be honest but I couldn't get the full benefit of it because I've only used 25% because 75% was dry when I received it. The liquid content is assumed to be only 25% and 75% solids. At the suggestion of Edgewater Industries customer service, who I spoke to, I mixed 3 teaspoons of pine tongue fluid with the remaining solids, but it was useless and didn't work. The support team wasn't willing to help either. Responded very little to my inquiries until I insisted on being fair to myself as a consumer. This company should learn from Revain customer service. Until I've used and applied all 32 ounces I can freely rate the product until then. Now the rating is so-so. I was very kind to say that this looks like a good product but this could change for the worse. And most importantly, customer service is rated F.
