Experience with the PICKWILL Online Store That Was Not Satisfactory

Unfortunately, my experience with PICKWILL did not live up to my expectations, which were quite high going in. Although their website is simple to traverse and they have an impressive selection of products, I was disappointed to find that the quality of their products did not live up to my expectations. After making the investment in a new set of cooking utensils, I was dismayed to discover that their longevity did not live up to the claims made about them. The handles of the utensils had a flimsy feel to them, and the substance itself had a low-quality appearance. The checking procedure was another source of annoyance. My order was delayed as a result of several technical issues that I encountered, and their customer support was of no assistance to me in resolving the problem. In addition to that, I discovered that their prices are higher than the prices offered by other internet stores that sell products that are comparable. In general, based on my experiences, I am unable to recommend PICKWILL to others. The quality of their products and their customer service both leave a lot to be desired, despite the fact that their website is simple to navigate and that they offer a wide variety of options to choose from.
