Can it be good or bad? Good luck

I live on the coast. I ordered five (5) of these, tested one (1) and was pleased. Then I gave them to all my friends and ordered two (2) more for myself. When I got two (2) others they didn't charge. Battery (USB) and I reconfigure. I just hope the other four (4) from the first order were good and I'll find out later. what should replace better charge my iphone and not discharge the device in an emergency?
