I like this product for several reasons: 1- it helps with sleep, 2- it helps with weight loss, 3- in tablet form. 1- This product contains melatonin. , a natural sleep aid your body produces when you fall asleep. This product uses it instead of an antihistamine to help you fall asleep faster in the morning without feeling overwhelmed. 2- I was on a cut after football season when I took this supplement and I saw my weight drop very quickly and very easily. My body has been like a fat burning machine and I can't credit myself enough. I also felt less bloated from the supplement, which is a plus. 3- I have seen similar supplements made to drink in the past. I don't like it because it's really a matter of taste. If it doesn't taste good, the product is likely to be forgotten and not used. It is easy to take as it is a tablet. Overall, this supplement works and is really good, but the price might hold it back. Worth trying if you need a sleeping pill or fat burner.
