It's hard to put into words how moronic this design is. I've installed dozens of lights, fans, and electrical devices and this was by far the worst design ever. The screws that go into the ceiling mount are normal size, great! The screws that go down and hold the bracket are larger and wider than the width of the bracket. So if the screws are too long, you won't be able to screw them back flush into the ceiling. TERRIBLE design. The only possible workaround if you're buying this junk is to buy those fully-threaded "screws" AND buy another mounting jig AND get new little end caps that match the size of those fully-threaded "screws". 8) match, and THEN you can use this light. Such a simple light, and the design is literally useless. What's the point of buying THIS device if you have to go to the store and spend another $10 to make it work? Just buy another one, there are a million of them. Also, the wires were stripped about 1/4 inch. Ridiculous. Then I had to pull out the wire stripper and even the slightest pressure would snap the wire in half. I can't imagine the real cost of making this cheap piece of shit is over $3-4. Get literally ANY other light. Well it's a joke.
