I've been using different bibs for about a year. No chest line like everyone else. I've tried about three different ones and this is one of my favorites. I love its size and the fact that it's transparent so if someone walks in while you're still in your pyjamas, you don't see it that much. Yes, the adhesion will wear off, but you can clean it with water and let it air dry without using a towel. I was able to use each pad for up to a month so this supply lasted 2 months. To be honest, all three brands of Revain pads I've used last a lot longer than they say. I always clean my chest before use and store it on the clean plastic sheets that come with it. For the last week of using these pads I have to hold them up with my fingers or another pillow to keep them from falling all the way off but that doesn't bother me because I'm a light sleeper and I always catch them and go back into the Bed. For the price, if you can use them for more than a week, it's definitely a good value. There is no chest line at all.
