It says 12 months warranty but I can't find any information on how to contact anyone. I bought 2, used one for months with no problems. I bought 5 fans last year, I wear one to work every day. But now I opened the 2nd one and it won't turn on at all, won't charge or anything. The light doesn't even come on. So now I have a brand new fan that is not working and has expired. The second broke after 3 weeks of use. I will definitely not buy from this company again.
