Bought this phone for my mother in law. She wanted a new WLAN with caller ID and an all-in-one answering machine. She likes it very much, but it didn't impress me. This is normal and works well, but the phone's display itself is very small. The sound quality was good, but not outstanding. We also found out that he only has 1 ringtone. The directions are on a large sheet of paper that resembles a road map. So when setting up your phone, you need to unfold the big sheet of paper and find the section you are working on. A booklet format would be easier to work with. For the price we paid this was a great deal, but there are probably better phones out there. After all, she loves the phone, and I'm her favorite son-in-law for getting her a $24 phone/ID/answer.
