Fun work out for my opinion
My grandkids love these things. They chase each around the house and around the neighborhood. I get them the adult sizes because they are in Jr high and high school. I thought it would be a fun way for them to get a work out to replace PE. They are currently doing school online from home do to covid. This is a great energy outlet for them.
- Can be used to improve gross and fine motor skills
- May not provide enough stimulation for individuals with special needs
