Wow what a mess.
I work in IT. Very often I have to remove the bottom cover of the laptop. The screwdriver worked fine on the first two laptops; after that something broke inside and the bit stopped turning when the button was pressed; Anyway, the button is broken too. This design has potential but needs a QI charging station; Oh, and won't break after two uses. In the picture you can see me holding the racket, it doesn't spin. The light is on because the button is stuck in the on position. I contacted Wow for a replacement (not the seller) and never got a response.
