We have been homeschooling my 5 year old for a few months during Covid. Now that he's in kindergarten, he has time for "physical education" when the educators encourage physical activity or train hand-eye coordination. For a long time I thought about what he could do in the house so as not to break or destroy anything. I hate finding nerf darts everywhere. I've encountered dartboards which are dangerous, but thought about velcro because my son can easily attach them (he struggles with arm strength). Not only are the balls light and don't break, but it was incredibly helpful and fun for my son to release his energy during the break.
