The problems I had with the customer support were additional. They were uninterested in assisting me in finding the right goods and were slow to respond to my questions. When my shipment eventually arrived, I found that the products were of poor quality. They didn't do what was promised, and there were clear flaws in the product. The method of shipment also fell short of expectations. The shipment didn't come when promised, and the tracking data provided was incorrect. Unfortunately, FITLY did not live up to my expectations, and I will not be shopping there again. For better outdoor and sports equipment, I think you should seek elsewhere.
