Edit: I had some issues installing the chair detailed below. Mimoglad contacted me to offer solutions and when we decided none of them would work, they helped back. Excellent customer service from Mimoglad. If you are unsatisfied, they will fix everything. Let me start with two concessions. 1) What makes a comfortable chair is subjective and based on a long list of factors. And 2) I'm 6ft 7" and 250 pounds, so finding a one-size-fits-all solution that works for me is exceedingly difficult. With this review: 1) Packaging: I was really impressed with how everything was packaged. and how small the box was. If I had to repackage them, it would be almost impossible. 2) The instructions. The instructions are very good. Very tall / tall. It was immediately apparent that the sizes did not fit me. The seat depth was only 1/2 my thigh length (I really should have checked that size before ordering). The armrests were too low to rest my hands on them (no height adjustment) and too short to support more than half of my forearms. 4) Materials/Finish: The chair looks good, all parts fit together easily. The materials are cheap but functional: the cushion cover, armrests and back mesh are made of seemingly durable materials. The chair's hard plastic frame feels cheap and heavy, but it's durable. The casters feel cheap and don't roll as easily as my old chair of the same price. 5) Comfort: This was my biggest concern. I couldn't get comfortable in that chair. In addition to the dimensional issues listed above, the lumbar support was too aggressive for my liking and didn't stay in place. After removing it, I was able to move further into the seat, but then I noticed that the seat bottom tilted forward slightly. I don't know if it was the shape of the pillow or the angle of fame. Also, my butt started to hurt after sitting on a chair for a while. The pillow was uncomfortable for me when sitting for a long time. 6) Playing the guitar: I only mention this because it was in the description of the chair. Yes, the armrests fold down so I can play the guitar. But that is completely unnecessary, since they are so low that they do not disturb. Still, I can't find a comfortable position when playing. In general, this seat can fit people with a narrow size range. I don't know why they advertise that it supports 300lbs but is adjustable enough to fit taller people. The lumbar support was just poorly executed. There was a piece of paper in the kit that said if the lumbar support wasn't enough you could email them a free pillow, but the last thing I needed was to lean even further forward from the edge of the seat cushion push. As always, your mileage may vary.
