I ordered 6.5 as I usually wear. At first they felt good. I like how the forefoot of the shoe flexes well over the toes, has cushioning in the back, and has good traction. What I don't like is that they were a bit tight at the toes (feet would slide forward while working at a consistently fast pace) and the front of the boots had little padding. After wearing them for four hours while working in a restaurant, my big toe and the bone (sesamoid bone) underneath it felt squashed towards my foot after wearing it, I felt like walking on concrete for a long time and with a lift if present was minimal forefoot support.
