Review on 🔍 Refractometer for Moisture in Molasses - The Logical Choice by Herthoel Yanda

I am happy with this refractometer for measuring moisture content in my honey. The digital scale on the instrument can be focused with the eyepiece. And the blue and white contrast line is easy to distinguish. Gives you a high level of confidence in the moisture content of your honey. It was surprising (although it makes sense) to see the variability from frame to frame. And it's even more amazing to see that the moisture content of a box of perfectly sealed honey is only 18.5%. (Of course, the moisture level depends on many things, not just the honey being completely closed.) I would buy this again and not re-extract the honey without knowing I have a refractometer.
