I don't feel confident to be able to speak to the potential performance benefits of these tights but I do love yoga pants so that's where I'm coming from. These are a great sharp black with a high waistband to help contain the stomach (I love this feature). They are very tight, which meant I struggled to get them on but they peeled off easily after my workout. I also wore them out for errands and felt very comfortable.
