I only have one complaint about the apple corer/slicer. Pushing it through the apple until it's resting on the cutting board won't cut it all the way through. Not every apple has a tiny amount of skin. This can make it difficult to separate the core from the slices as they are held together by a small amount of skin. I don't want to cut myself so I take a spoon and knead the area to cut it. It's not ideal. The discs are a bit larger than I would like as I dehydrate them, but I can accept that as the ease of use is still more than a knife. Still, I would recommend this to anyone dealing with more than an apple or two here and there.
