UPDATED: The mechanism in the phone holder is broken and no longer holds the phone. The sliders move back and forth but the latch is broken so hands can no longer hold the phone. I use this vehicle about 3-4 times a week and don't use the stand more than 1 or 2 times a week. So the mount looked Lite (IMO) for the 3-4 months I had it. Contacting the company was not easy. I think it's just a waste of money. I would recommend you to look at other products. A NOTICE. I will update the review if the company helps and helps fix the situation. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Easy/Quick Installation. The arm has sufficient height, good flexibility and rigidity for my application. The only issue I have with this product is really bean counting. Today's coasters are not solid. Bend and move a little. Due to the length of the lever, the cup holder flexes and is a bit noisy while driving. I'm not sure a device with that much weight on the arm could perform better. A good product. I would buy this again.
