Review on Review Management by Tony Addis

The platform is very easy for managing reviews, with many different features such as tags or categories of products/services reviewed by customers in order to organize them all more easily; it also has an API so you can integrate other systems if needed (also this would be great!). It's free! I have not found anything negative about it yet - everything seems fine at first glance but maybe there are some things we don't know because they haven´t been implemented yet? As mentioned above, integration options could help us use our existing data from another system without having to re-create something new. We need to gather user feedbacks regarding service providers like plumbers, electricians etc.. This helps us identify their strengths and weaknesses when working together towards solving problems related to services provided.
