Not sticky enough to hold the diamonds in place.

I didn't know it was partial when I bought it but it's ok it's such a cute picture I didn't mind. It is not my problem. The sticky part of the image is not sticky at all. It's very frustrating when you put a diamond in and it just slips next to it. Pen and wax are fine.
