I surprised my husband with this hammock bed and he spent the whole afternoon in it napping and reading. I put it together by myself and it was not difficult at all. It does not give step-by-step instructions but it does have a detailed diagram showing where things go, so no actual instructions are needed. It took me about 20-25 minutes to put it together including taking everything out of the box and doing the assembly. It is surprisingly light weight so easy to move around on the patio or porch.We like that it is more stable than a regular hammock, so it is much easier to get in and out of it. The fabric appears to be good quality and as my husband loves the color green he was happy that it is green. It has padding, but not a lot; so if you want a softer surface, you need to put something on top of the hammock. My husband doesn't seem to need that.The frame/stand appears to be sturdy. Of course, time will tell when it comes to durability.The pillow is not impressive, but that is the only negative I have for this. it is flat and hard so I will make a much better pillow for him.All in all, I recommend this product.
