So the product itself is excellent. About 3 months. I bought my first case/holster and ended up breaking the clip holding the phone. Good. So maybe it was just a bug. I ordered a second one and again, the product was great. The second broke in the same place 3 months after purchase. I contacted the company because they state in their product description that they want you to be 100% satisfied. I'm still waiting for an email response which I'm not expecting. You can see the tear lines in the picture that will release them any moment, so for now the phone is held by a rubber band. product breaks down again and again, then this is the case with you.
