So far, so good. Nice and quiet, turns on and off correctly as tank pressure stays in range. I could not turn the pressure control valve. I re-read the manual which barely mentions the controller's function. Finally, I noticed instructions molded into the top of the valve handle advising that it locks when pushed down (and can be rotated if pulled up first). Should actually be in the manual. After that I managed to reduce the pressure to the necessary level after a few corners. I have found that these two parts convert the outlet connection to the 1/4 NPT threads of traditional air hose quick disconnects and to the flare.
