Not thick and does not absorb water
I bought it for Christmas for my granddaughter who has very thick hair and she did not like it, did not absorb as said. so she gave it back to me. I have finer hair and if I wear it for 1/2 hour it soaks in a bit. It's hard to stay on them when I'm leaning over.
