We have a seasonal campground about an hour and 20 minutes from home and my flimsy dog hammock just couldn't handle it. Purchasing this platform bridge was exactly what I was looking for. This gave my dogs more room in the back seat of my Sportage to lie down and sleep on long car rides. It can hold the weight of two of my dogs at once, which is about 110 pounds. The fabric is very durable and protects my seats from my dog's claws. This bridge is a bit more expensive, but it's worth it!
