I like how easily it can be integrated with our CRM system to manage applicants in one place rather than having them all scattered across different platforms or spreadsheets! The UI is very easy for non techies as well which makes onboardings much easier since we're not always able find people who are comfortable using this software out of their own volition (we have had several candidates drop off mid interview because they were overwhelmed). There's nothing really i don't love about hire stream at present but there may come time when something changes so if thats what would make sense then sure go ahead :) We've been solving some problems around candidate sourcing by managing multiple applications into 1 platform allowing us better insights from data analysis side without needing an additional resource just yet.
