Review on LastRound Reusable Cotton Rounds LastObject by Joseph Willis

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great but they shrink after cleaning/drying

The only reason I gave 4 stars out of 5 is that they shrink a lot after use. The picture shows a used one that I hand washed and dried on the bathroom counter and one unused. They appear to compress differently, and one is small enough to barely occupy the container, which is almost completely open at the bottom. It may depend on whether you wash your face with cold, warm or hot water? I did not conduct any experiments, for me it does not matter. The container is beautiful, I like the color (light green), the picture is accurate. The fact that you just take them out to use and put them back in when they're clean and dry bugs me. At first I didn't like how open the container was because it seems unsanitary. But I keep them in a drawer, so what can actually happen to them? The pads felt a little hard and rough and I was apprehensive about using them on my eyes, but once water hits them they swell up a bit like a sponge and are quite soft! They are soft enough to wash my eyelids. Can't say much about the exfoliating properties as I don't use it on the rest of my face. They have texture so I can only assume there will be some sort of peeling. For what they are - reusable "cotton circles" - I'd say they're pretty good. Easy to hand wash and do exactly what they are supposed to. Hope they last as long as they say!
