Just installed today. The mailbox arrived well packaged and was not damaged in any way. The instructions are very clear and I chose to install it on a brick wall. For this purpose, the instructions mention the use of masonry fasteners. I used a 1/4" masonry drill bit and a box of 8 1" and 3/8" masonry screws. After drilling two holes, I used a socket wrench to tighten the masonry screws. This provides a controlled method of twisting .It is difficult to prevent the bit from slipping off and damaging the screw head.Overall, the installation was easy.
